We offer American Red Cross life guarding classes at our facility. We teach from the American Red Cross Blended Learning curriculum. This allows students to do the majority of lecture work at home at their own speed. Internet access is required to participate in our Lifeguard classes. Participants must be 15 years of age by the end of class. Participants must be able to swim 300 yards using a combination of Front Crawl and Breaststroke, swim 20 yards and retrieve a 10# brick from the bottom of the pool and return without using their hands and climb out of the water, and they must be able to tread water for 2 minutes without using their hands.
