Water Aerobics
- Deep Water Aerobics – This instructor lead class meets multiple days a week. This class is designed to be high cardio with zero impact. Float belts and equipment is provided for the class. An Exercise Pass or Exercise Drop-in is required to participate in this class.
- Shallow Water Aerobics – This instructor lead class meets multiple days a week. This class is designed to be medium to high cardio with minimal impact. Equipment is provided for the class. An Exercise Pass or Exercise Drop-in is required to participate in this class.
