Congratulations on signing up to compete in a mini meet! This is going to be a fun time for your swimmer and for you. This is a chance for you and your swimmer to get a taste of competitive swimming and how exciting a swim meet can be!

Information you need:

• Meet Date: Friday, January 30, 2026
• Time: 5:30 to 7:00
  • Check-in is 5:30.
  • Meet starts at 5:45
• You can view the entry sheets and heat sheets below
  • Find the events your swimmer is in.

Parents – WE NEED YOU!

To make a mini-meet successful, we need swimmer participation and parent volunteers.

Positions we look to fill:

• Check-in Table – 2 to 3 volunteers needed before the meet starts.
• Marshals – 3 to 4 volunteers to help get the swimmers in order and get them to the right location at the right time.
• Timers – 13 volunteers are needed to help the swimmers get the correct times for their races. 12 timers (2 for each lane) and 1 as a backup timer in the case that someone’s watch does not start properly.
• Runner – A volunteer who will pick up the sheets from the timers at the end of each race.
• Heat Winner Prizes – A volunteer to ensure that each heat winner gets a prize.
• Scoreboard operator – 1 volunteer to operate the scoreboard and advance to the next heat or event.
• Meet Manager operator – 1 volunteer to pull the results from each race into the computer.
• Food servers – 3 to 4 volunteers to serve food after the meet if it is offered.
