Pool Party and Balcony Rental – This package is the most popular rental. This usually takes place during our family swim times. Lifeguards are on duty during this time. You are welcome to provide your own food and beverages. Please do not bring glass into the building. Tables will be provided for your use during the event. The cost of this package is $100 for up to 2 hours plus the admission price per person for the family swim. Please note that the entire balcony is not exclusively rented. You will be provided with a reserved area.
Pool Only Rental – This package has limited availability due to regularly scheduled events in our calendar. This Pool Party packages will include at least one OCA lifeguard. We have two different rates that are dependent on the number of people using the pool. We have a 35 people and under rate and 36 people and over rate. The cost of this package per hour is $250 for 35 or less people and $350 for more than 35 people.
Renter Expectations & Responsibilities
Payment for the rental is due in full at the time of registration. Rental contract and Expectations must be signed before the renter can use the rented area. The lifeguard in charge must go over the general pool rules before renters will be allowed in the water. Set up and take down of party supplies must be done within the rented time. Any damage to the facility caused by the renter will be repaired at OCA’s discretion and billed to the renter.
Credit and Refund Policy:
*Cancellations 7 days prior full refund
*Cancellations between 2 and 6 days prior are subject to a 30% cancellation fee.
*Cancellations within 48 hours of the rental are subject to a 90% cancellation fee.
All OCA facility rules apply during rentals, including but not limited to:
- Adult Supervision: Children under six (6) years of age or under 3’ 6” in height must be directly supervised by an adult in the water and be within arms-reach at all times.
- Non-swimmers cannot go beyond shoulder depth water. All children between the ages of 6 – 12 must take a swim test to swim in the deep end of the pool. Staff may ask anyone in the pool in perform a swim test before using the deep-water area.
- Children age 12 and under wearing lifejackets must stay within arms-reach at all times of a responsible adult and must stay in the shallow end of the pool.
